At Ajwaan, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our food products, we have a limited return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
Note: Proof (image/video) is required within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods (unless damaged)
3. Refund Process
- Once your claim is approved, we may offer:
- Replacement product, or
- Refund to original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, Ajwaan will cover replacement shipping
